I'm here to share my terrible online shopping experience, hoping to prevent others from falling into the same trap. I was utterly frustrated trying to book a simple watch service online; the system was broken, repeatedly failing and giving confusing error messages. This initial struggle left a sour taste, even though the in-person interaction was excellent. I called just to see if they'd take a look at my watch for some service. Thor(sp?) said to come on in and he was very nice and professional over the phone. When I got there he took care of my watch for free and that was it. In and out in a minute. Thanks, Thor! Just FYI, it wasn't any ol' watch, they are an AD for the brand I had. Despite Thor's professionalism, the overall process to even get to that point was a headache. That's why I felt compelled to leave this review and engage in a conversation with customer service.
