CS Rep: "I am so sorry to hear about this, Customer. That certainly isn't the experience we want for you. Can you confirm the item you ordered versus what you received?" Customer: "I ordered the 'Classic Sterling Silver Ring' shown with a clear stone, but I received a dull, tarnished ring with a dark, cloudy stone. It's completely different." CS Rep: "Thank you for clarifying. I sincerely apologize for this error. We can definitely arrange for a return and full refund, or a replacement with the correct item if it's still available. Which would you prefer?" Customer: "Given how wrong this was, I'd prefer a full refund. I've lost confidence in getting the right product now." CS Rep: "Understood. I will process a full refund for you right away, and we'll provide a prepaid label for the incorrect item. You should see the refund reflected within 3-5 business days."
